First off I will say, that the hair is incredible, with it's shading. The way that you have sketched and shaded the hair is awesome. The legs have good structure, I can see the calf muscles, which is good. The only thing with the legs is that it they are not shaded very well, in my opinion. The shading you have given them makes them look flat. Also, there is no "bend" in the leg for where the ankle is.

Also, the eyes are weird and not blended together very well. Every pixel in the eyes is very high contrast, so all I can see when I look into her eyes are blocks, so they do not look very nice. That being said, I love how the eyebrows define the face, they are very well done. All in all, the symmetry of this work brings it together, her pose is cute and dainty.

Very good job. Although the shading on the legs, and the blocky eyes let the work down in my opinion, the hair saves it. The hair draws life into the image, and makes it very appealing to look at.
